Pairs visually inspected
Every incoming batch of leather, synthetics, foam, and soles is inspected before entering production. Substandard materials are rejected before they reach the cutting table.
Each production stage — cutting, stitching, lasting, sole bonding — has a dedicated craftsman responsible for its output. Defects are caught and corrected before the pair moves forward.
Every single pair is visually inspected by our Finish Guy before packing. Adhesive bleed, stitch irregularities, surface defects — anything substandard is pulled from the batch.
Before bulk production begins, clients approve a physical pre-production sample. Nothing moves to bulk without sign-off on the approved sample as the quality benchmark.
Re-orders match original approved samples exactly — same materials, same construction, same finish. We retain sample pairs and spec records for every active client.
KAIM is GST-registered. Every order ships with proper invoicing, packing lists, and compliance documentation. Full paper trail for bulk, institutional, and export orders.
